Job summary

RWS is seeking AI conversation recording contributors for a Javanese (Indonesia) speech data collection project. This freelance role is remote with flexible, task-based work (approximately 2–4 hours daily) and immediate start.

You'll record and annotate natural speech, follow project guidelines, and provide metadata for each recording. Experience is a plus, but not required, with reliable internet and a quiet space recommended.

Qualifications

• Native-level fluency in Javanese (Indonesia).
• Authentic pronunciation with everyday use.
• Advanced level English to understand written instructions.
• Contributors should not imitate dialects or accents not their own.

Responsibilities

• Record or collect natural, spontaneous speech per guidelines.
• Annotate data and provide metadata for each recording.
• Participate in real-life conversations or voice interactions with AI systems.
• Complete tasks individually or in pairs as required.
