Job summary

Pt Simone Accessary Collection is seeking a meticulous Regulatory Compliance Specialist to join its fully remote team. You will monitor regulatory changes, develop compliance programs, and advise on risk mitigation across Indonesia's financial services landscape.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in regulatory compliance, deep knowledge of Indonesian banking and securities laws, and proven audit experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of regulatory compliance experience in Indonesia.
• In-depth knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations, banking laws, and securities laws.
• Proven experience in developing compliance programs and conducting audits.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, interpret, and implement changes in Indonesian financial regulations (OJK, BI).
• Develop, implement, and maintain compliance programs, policies, and procedures.
• Conduct internal audits and risk assessments to identify compliance gaps.
• Advise business units on compliance requirements for new products, services, and changes.
• Investigate issues, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions.
• Assist in preparing regulatory filings and responding to inquiries from regulators.
• Deliver compliance training to employees at all levels.
• Manage relationships with external auditors and regulators as needed.
• Stay abreast of emerging compliance trends and AML/KYC risks.
