Job summary

Pt Essa Industries Indonesia Tbk. is seeking a Remote Industrial Network Security Analyst to safeguard ICS/OT networks from cyber threats. This fully remote role lets you monitor traffic, respond to incidents, and implement security controls across diverse industrial environments. You will use SIEM tools, IDS/IPS, vulnerability scanners, and firewall/VPN technologies, analyzing alerts and guiding secure network designs for Modbus, DNP3, and OPC UA.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in network security with a focus on ICS/OT environments.
• Bachelor's degree in CS, Cybersecurity, IT, or a related field.
• Knowledge of NIST, ISA/IEC 62443 frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Monitor industrial network traffic for anomalies using SIEM/IDS/IPS.
• Analyze security alerts and incidents to determine scope and impact.
• Develop security policies for ICS/OT environments.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing.
• Deploy firewalls, VPNs, and endpoint protection for industrial settings.
• Collaborate with IT and OT teams on a unified security approach.
• Develop and lead incident response plans during events.
• Advise on industrial network security architecture and design.
• Stay updated on threats and mitigations for ICS/OT.
• Contribute to security awareness training for staff.
