Job summary

Siemens Energy is seeking an Industrial Cybersecurity Expert to secure Grid Technologies substations across APAC and China. You will embed cyber requirements through bids, engineering, and project execution, performing risk assessments and developing mitigation plans in collaboration with customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in industrial cybersecurity, OT/ICS security, automation, or large-scale projects.
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity standards, frameworks and regulations for industrial environments including IEC 62443.
• Experience assessing cybersecurity requirements, identifying risks and compliance gaps, and implementing mitigation strategies across project lifecycles.
• Familiarity with industrial networks, SCADA systems, automation environments, and critical infrastructure solutions.

Responsibilities

• Secure delivery of Grid Technologies substations across APAC and China.
• Embed cybersecurity requirements throughout the project lifecycle with bid management, engineering, project execution, commissioning, service, and customer teams.
• Perform cybersecurity risk assessments, threat modeling, gap analyses, and develop practical mitigation measures and implementation plans.
• Lead development of cybersecurity architectures and programs with customers and cross-functional teams.
• Create and maintain cybersecurity documentation, procedures, blueprints, templates, and technical guidance.
