Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a Hotel General Manager or senior multi-property leader.
• Proven track record in financial management, revenue generation, and operations.
• Experience leading dispersed teams in remote or hybrid settings.
• Strong strategic thinking, decision-making and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans to optimize financial performance and guest satisfaction.
• Oversee hotel operations including F&B, rooms, sales, and marketing from a remote capacity.
• Mentor on-site GMs and department heads, providing guidance and support.
• Control budgets, P&L, and overall financial health of properties.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and brand standards.
• Drive initiatives for service improvement, efficiency, and revenue growth.
