Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in global logistics.
• Proven ability to lead remote teams and drive change.
• Experience with third-party logistics providers (3PLs), carriers, and international trade.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and refine the company's global logistics strategy to support objectives and growth.
• Oversee transportation, warehousing, inventory management, and customs compliance.
• Lead and mentor a geographically dispersed team of logistics professionals, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Negotiate and manage contracts with third-party logistics providers and carriers to achieve optimal service and cost efficiencies.
• Implement analytics and technology solutions to enhance visibility, efficiency, and predictability of the supply chain.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the logistics function, reducing costs and improving service levels.
• Ensure compliance with all international trade regulations and company policies.
