Job summary

Weshine is seeking a Frontend Software Engineer to join our engineering team and build enterprise-grade, user‑facing features for the ESG platform.

You will design responsive web apps, work with product and backend teams, apply security best practices, and leverage ReactJS, UX tools and AWS in a fast‑paced Agile environment. This is a digital remote role with a focus on modern frontends and scalable UI patterns.

Qualifications

• B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or equivalent degree or experience.
• >3 years of experience with client-side frameworks (ReactJS).
• UX Design experience in tools like Figma, Adobe or newer AI tools.
• Familiarity with site performance tuning, concurrency handling and caching mechanisms.
• Experience interfacing with APIs for building frontend.
• Familiar with browser debugging and testing.
• Experience with 1 or more cloud platforms (AWS is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Design and develop responsive, mobile-friendly highly localized web applications.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS.
• Contribute to product design and feature development focusing on User Experience.
• Implement code with up to date web security best practices.
• Write high quality, clean, maintainable code using engineering best practices.
• Able to analyze requirements and use them to design and develop functional frontend products.
• Work with a cross disciplinary team to build a great product.
