PT Solutionlabs Group Indonesia is seeking a Frontend Web Software Engineer to build and maintain modern web applications for the Finance domain using React.js, TypeScript, and Vite.
You will translate business requirements and UI/UX designs into responsive, scalable frontend features, connect to backend services via REST and GraphQL, and contribute to performance optimization and code quality across the team.
Develop, maintain, and enhance modern web applications using React.js, TypeScript, Vite.js, and other modern frontend technologies.
Translate business requirements and UI/UX designs into responsive, scalable, reusable, and maintainable frontend applications.
Integrate frontend applications with backend services through REST APIs, GraphQL, authentication services, and third-party integrations.
Build reusable UI components and maintain a consistent, scalable frontend architecture following best practices.
Optimize application performance through techniques such as code splitting, lazy loading, memoization, caching, and bundle optimization.
Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code while adhering to coding standards and development best practices.
Participate in unit testing, integration testing, code reviews, and support QA/UAT activities to ensure software quality.
Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Backend Engineers, UI/UX Designers, QA Engineers, and DevOps teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
Contribute to continuous improvement of frontend architecture, coding standards, development processes, and technical documentation.
Maintain and improve existing applications through feature enhancements, refactoring, bug fixing, and technical debt reduction.
Support CI/CD pipelines, application deployment, and production issue investigations when required.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 1-3 years of professional experience as a Frontend Web Software Engineer, Frontend Developer, or similar role.
Experience developing applications in the Finance domain (Banking, FinTech, Digital Payment, Lending, Insurance, Investment, Treasury, ERP Finance, or Accounting systems) is required.
Strong understanding of React concepts including Functional Components, Hooks, Context API, and Component Lifecycle.
Experience with state management libraries such as Redux Toolkit, Zustand, MobX, Recoil, or Context API.
Good knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, SCSS/SASS, Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, or Material UI (MUI).
Experience integrating REST APIs and/or GraphQL APIs.
Understanding of authentication and authorization mechanisms including JWT, OAuth2, SSO, and secure token handling.
Experience using Git with platforms such as GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket.
Experience using modern frontend build tools such as Vite, Webpack, Babel, npm, Yarn, or pnpm.
Understanding of frontend performance optimization techniques, including lazy loading, code splitting, memoization, caching, and bundle optimization.
Familiarity with testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, or Playwright is an advantage.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and cloud deployment is a plus.
Strong analytical thinking, debugging, troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Able to work collaboratively in Agile development teams and communicate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
