Job summary

Moladin is seeking a proactive Recruiter Freelance to support our sales hiring projects. You will identify, screen, and interview candidates to build a strong talent pipeline that meets hiring requirements.

You will source via job portals, social media, and networks, screen and shortlist candidates, conduct initial interviews, and submit qualified candidates with screening notes. Remote work is supported with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Experience as a recruiter (in-house or freelance), preferably in sales recruitment.
• Proactive sourcing via portals, social media, networks, and databases.
• End-to-end recruitment process knowledge: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and assessment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple hiring priorities.

Responsibilities

• Source qualified sales candidates through diverse channels (portals, social media, networks).
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on project criteria.
• Conduct initial interviews to assess experience and fit.
