Job summary

Pt Indomarco Prismatama is seeking a Remote Dispatch and Logistics Assistant to coordinate transportation from anywhere. The role focuses on efficient driver dispatch, route optimization, and seamless communication across the logistics network to support nationwide operations, especially from West Java regions.

You will manage tasks, monitor progress in real-time, and communicate with partners to keep deliveries on track while maintaining an organized remote workflow and a reliable home office

Qualifications

• Proven experience in dispatch, logistics coordination, or a related field.
• Proficiency with dispatch software and other logistics management tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, effective in a remote setting.
• Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to multitask under pressure.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and assign delivery tasks to drivers using dispatch software.
• Monitor driver locations and shipment progress in real-time.
• Optimize delivery routes for maximum efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for drivers, addressing queries and providing support.
• Maintain accurate electronic records of all dispatched orders and completed deliveries.
• Communicate with internal departments and external partners to resolve logistical issues.
