Job summary

Extro Design is seeking a versatile designer to contribute across product, brand, web, social, and motion work for startups and tech clients in fintech, crypto, AI, and digital products. You will design social graphics, UX/UI for websites and apps, landing pages, and motion content while refining brand systems.

You should have strong visual design fundamentals, be proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, and demonstrate a broad portfolio across branding, digital design, UX/UI, and motion.

Qualifications

• Strong visual design fundamentals and attention to detail.
• Confident in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent tools.
• Experience across both graphic design and UX/UI.
• Motion design or video editing experience.
• Can work independently and take ownership of tasks.
• Communicates clearly and is comfortable working remotely.

Responsibilities

• Designing social graphics, marketing assets, presentations, and brand collateral.
• Creating UX/UI for websites, dashboards, mobile apps, and digital products.
• Developing landing pages and web design concepts.
• Producing motion graphics, simple animations, and short-form video content.
• Working within existing brand systems while also helping refine and evolve them.
• Collaborating with the team on concepts, visual direction, and client feedback.
• Managing multiple projects and adapting quickly between different design styles.
