Job summary

SUAR in Jakarta is seeking a Creative Graphic & Motion Designer to bring our brand to life with static visuals and dynamic motion. You will craft social assets and high-impact marketing videos, and translate concepts into compelling visuals.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience, a strong portfolio in both graphic and motion work, mastery of Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and familiarity with 3D tools like Cinema 4D or Blender.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as Graphic Designer, Motion Designer, or similar role.
• Strong portfolio showing both static graphic design and motion graphic/video work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Experience with 3D software (Cinema 4D or Blender) is a big plus.
• Solid understanding of design principles, layout, typography, and color theory.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle revisions constructive ly.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Stays up-to-date with design trends.

Responsibilities

• Create eye-catching graphics for social media, digital ads, websites, and presentation decks.
• Develop motion graphics, animated logos, kinetic typography, and explainer videos from concept to final render.
• Design storyboards and animatics to map out video ideas before production.
• Maintain and evolve our brand identity across all visual platforms.
• Edit video content and sync audio, sound effects, and music for marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, and creative directors to deliver high-quality assets.
• Manage multiple projects at once and adapt to feedback and revisions quickly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create eye-catching graphic designs for social media, digital ads, websites, and presentation decks.
• Develop motion graphics, animated logos, kinetic typography, and explainer videos from concept to final render.
• Design storyboards and animatics to map out video ideas before production.
• Maintain and evolve our brand identity across all visual platforms.
• Edit video content and sync audio, sound effects, and music for marketing campaigns.
• Experienced in the modern digital industry (knowledgeable about social media and its guidelines)
• Skilled in typography and copywriting
• Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, and creative directors to deliver high-quality assets.
• Experienced in video shooting and photography (proficiency in digital imaging is a plus); understands storyboarding
• Manage multiple projects at once and adapt to feedback and revisions quickly.
