Japfa is seeking a Remote Delivery Driver Coordinator to manage and optimize our fleet operations from anywhere. You will oversee dispatching, route planning, and performance monitoring, ensuring on-time deliveries and high service standards while building strong relationships with drivers.

This role requires experience in logistics coordination, proficiency with route optimization and fleet-management tools, and excellent communication in a fast-paced remote environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics coordination or dispatching.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily dispatching and scheduling for a fleet of delivery drivers across various regions.
• Monitor driver performance, adherence to schedules, and delivery efficiency using tracking software.
• Communicate effectively with drivers to provide instructions, address concerns, and resolve issues in real-time.
• Analyze route performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement cost-saving strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, driver availability, and vehicle status.
• Collaborate with customer service teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery updates.
