Job summary

Abimantrana Engineering Technology is seeking a proactive Project Engineer – Civil to lead civil project execution and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams. The role is fully remote with flexible hours.

You will design, inspect, and document civil projects, perform structural calculations, and ensure adherence to SNI codes. 2–4 years of hands-on experience and strong ownership of deliverables are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Solid understanding of civil and structural engineering fundamentals.
• Ability to perform structural and basic load calculations.
• Proficient in reading and preparing civil/structural drawings.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel for calculations and documentation.
• Familiar with Indonesian National Standards (SNI) and relevant codes.
• Experience with design reviews and technical analysis.
• Strong ownership of technical deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Lead civil engineering project execution from concept to completion.
• Conduct site inspections and surveys to assess conditions.
• Prepare and maintain project docs: drawings, specs, reports.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, and construction teams.
• Monitor activities, ensure safety and compliance with specs.
• Support schedules, budgets, and resource planning.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate project data and support evaluations.
