Responsibilities

• Independently create original graphics/dynamic posts by combining campus trends and memes to boost engagement.
• Community atmosphere management: identify local creators, maintain core user groups, collect feedback for product improvements.
• Localized research: produce reports on youth preferences and competitor analysis for product localization.
• Experience in campus leadership: develop and nurture content creators to expand PopUp's brand on campus.
