Job summary

HIP MANAGEMENT SDN. BHD. is seeking a Creative Intern to join our advertising team for hands-on experience in developing concepts and producing engaging content. You will collaborate with designers and copywriters to transform ideas into impactful brand communication during a 3‑month internship.

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Design, Mass Communication, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Assist in brainstorming and developing creative concepts for campaigns.
• Support the design and copywriting teams in producing digital, print, and social media content.
• Contribute fresh ideas and perspectives during creative discussions.
• Help prepare mock-ups, storyboards, and presentation materials for client pitches.
• Conduct research on trends, competitors, and audience insights to inspire creative work.
• Collaborate with account servicing and production teams to ensure creative alignment with client objectives.
• Maintain organized files and assist in managing creative assets.
