Overview

This is a remote position. This is a full-time, home-based opportunity with Scopic, a team of 250+ professionals from over 60 countries.

We are seeking a seasoned audio processing developer with skills in Python and C++.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize real-time audio processing systems using Python and C++.
• Work with audio libraries (e.g., Pedalboard or similar Python-based libraries) and contribute to audio pipeline development.
• Design and implement auto-mixing algorithms and ensure robust performance in real-time environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot complex audio issues and deliver high-quality software.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in audio development with Python and C++.
• Hands-on experience with the Pedalboard library or similar Python-based audio libraries.
• Experience designing and implementing auto-mixing algorithms.
• Proficiency in real-time audio processing and optimization.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex audio issues.
• Experience with Git and version control best practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Audio Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
