Alignerr is seeking AI Policy, Ethics & Compliance Analysts to evaluate AI-generated content for safety, fairness and ethical integrity on a remote, hourly contract.

You’ll review outputs, classify against criteria, provide structured feedback, and work asynchronously 10–40 hours per week.

No prior AI or policy experience required; thrive on thoughtful writing and working independently in a remote setup.

Qualifications

• Strong critical thinker capable of evaluating nuanced content.
• Interest in ethics, fairness, policy, or responsible technology.
• Clear, articulate writer who can communicate reasoning effectively.
• Detail-oriented and consistent — follow guidelines and maintain quality at scale.

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated content and evaluate it against safety, fairness, and ethical standards.
• Classify outputs based on compliance criteria including accuracy, bias, and potential harm.
• Identify content that is misleading, inappropriate, or inconsistent with established guidelines.
• Write structured, well-reasoned feedback on policy-related issues.
• Work across a wide range of topics and content types, keeping the work varied and engaging.
• Complete assignments independently and asynchronously on your own schedule.
