Job summary

Alignerr is seeking a Generalist (AI Training) to review, evaluate, and improve AI-generated content across a wide range of topics and formats. This fully remote, hourly contract role offers flexible scheduling and the chance to help make AI more accurate and trustworthy.

No specialized background or prior AI experience is required; a sharp mind and strong written English are enough to get started. 10–40 hours per week, remote work, freelance autonomy.

• Strong attention to detail and clear written communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate AI-generated content across diverse topics.
• Assess outputs for accuracy, clarity, tone, and overall quality.
• Provide clear, structured, and actionable feedback on AI responses.
• Complete task-based assignments independently following project guidelines.
• Flag content that is misleading, inconsistent, or below quality standards.
• Maintain a consistent and thorough approach across all assigned tasks.
