Alignerr is seeking Software Engineers in Jakarta to build, evaluate, and improve AI-generated code. This fully remote, hourly contract role lets you work on your own schedule and contribute to training AI systems to think like developers.

You will review AI-produced code across languages, identify issues, and provide precise, constructive feedback while contributing to cutting-edge AI research. Remote work flexibility is a key feature of this opportunity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in CS/Software Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software design.
• Ability to read, write, and reason about code with clarity and precision.

Responsabilités

• Write, debug, and optimize code across languages and domains.
• Review and evaluate AI-generated code for correctness, efficiency, readability, and best practices.
• Identify bugs, logic errors, security issues, and performance bottlenecks in AI outputs.
• Provide structured, detailed feedback explaining why code works or doesn’t.
• Design challenging coding prompts and edge-case scenarios to stress-test AI capabilities.
• Compare and rank AI-generated solutions based on engineering quality.
• Work independently and asynchronously with flexible scheduling.
