  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed business development targets.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the agency and establish connections with potential clients.
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Identify and establish partnerships with other businesses and organizations to expand the agency's reach and client base.
  • Maintain a CRM system to track interactions with potential clients and manage the sales pipeline.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management.
  • Work closely with the agency's marketing, underwriting, and claims teams to ensure a cohesive approach to business development.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, new insurance products, and sales techniques; provide training and support to other team members as needed.
