Relationship Manager - Small Business (SME)

Responsibilities:

1. Min. 3 years experience working in the bank as SME/Commercial RM
2. Bachelor degree in any discipline
3. Able to help the bank to acquire, grow and deepen SME customer relationships
4. Able to generate new business through direct selling to customers and referrals from different sales channels
5. Able to conduct all activities associated with lending process, from preparing the visit report, loan approval, respond to instances cited by the Credit reviewer/Officer and prepare all the documents related to the loan signing
6. Excellent knowledge on SME Business related and marketing strategies
7. Good interpersonal & communication skills
8. Ability to see opportunities
9. Fluent in English (speaking and written)
10. Mandarin language ability would be an advantage
11. Placement in Jakarta
