Job description

As a Relationship Manager – Retail Banking, you will be responsible for acquiring, developing, and maintaining relationships with individual retail customers. You will offer a wide range of financial products and services to help clients achieve their financial goals, while ensuring excellent customer experience and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Acquire new individual customers and grow the retail client base.

Promote and cross-sell retail banking products, such as savings, deposits, loans, credit cards, and bancassurance.

Maintain and deepen relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

Conduct financial needs analysis and provide personalized product recommendations.

Ensure all transactions and services comply with internal policies and external regulations (KYC, AML, etc.).

Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to branch performance.

Follow up on leads and referrals and participate in promotional events as needed.

Provide timely service and support to resolve customer queries and issues.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Economics, Business, Accounting, Management, or Engineering.

Minimum 2 years of experience in the financial or banking sector, preferably in retail banking.

Proven performance record and professional integrity.

Possess Risk Certification Level 1 in accordance with applicable regulations, obtained AAJI and WPPE certifications would be a plus.

Solid understanding of credit principles and risk management within the Indonesian banking landscape.

In-depth knowledge of retail banking practices and client needs.

Strong communication, analytical, and relationship management skills.

Willing to be assigned to any location across Indonesia.
