We are currently looking for a Property Acquisition Manager for Surabaya office who will execute new leads of properties to be managed by Kozystay.

Responsibilities:

1. Find property owners to partner with Kozystay
2. Responding to inquiries and leads in coming to Kozystay
3. Warming up inquiries and leads to the next step of the business process
4. Perform an early stage explanation about Kozystay to potential owners
5. Creating and maintaining sales reports & database
6. Other matters in relation to sales or business development

Skills and Requirements:

1. Minimum Bachelor's degree from any major
2. 4 years' experience in a similar position.
3. Driven and passionate about real estate / property / hospitality
4. Good in verbal and written communication skills
5. Able to work independently and in teams
6. Flexible working hours, will be working during weekends
7. Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
