Relationship Manager Lending Upper Small (SME) - Banking

We are looking for numbers of candidates to be based at Jakarta, Surabaya, Medan, & Makassar office.

Requirement:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree candidate
• Minimum 3 years of experience for Lending Upper Small, with portfolio between IDR 5 billion until IDR 25 billion

Responsibilities:

• Identifying potential and competition.
• Analyzing customer needs, marketing, relationship management, and providing integrated banking solutions for customer/prospective customer issues.
• Establishing business ecosystems for customers and supporting Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs).
• Initiating, analyzing, recommending credit, and controlling credit quality.
• Monitoring and guiding (both on-site and off-site) the performance of customer portfolio/accounts.
• Managing small business and its derivative products in the working area of Branch Offices and Sub-Branch Offices to achieve the set targets according to regulations.
• Conducting activities to identify potential and competition in the small business segment.
• Conducting activities to analyze customer needs, marketing, relationship management, and providing integrated banking solutions for customer/prospective customer issues.
• Conducting activities for monitoring and guiding (both on-site and off-site) the performance of small business customer portfolios/accounts.
