The Relationship Manager – Lending is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and managing lending relationships, particularly in consumer and SME segments. This role focuses on business loan origination, client acquisition, and portfolio management. The position demands strong sales capability, knowledge of credit products, and the ability to collaborate with credit, risk, and operations teams to ensure smooth loan processing and high-quality portfolio growth.
Identify, acquire, and develop new lending clients across consumer and SME segments.
Promote lending products such as KTA, KMK, and other credit solutions based on client needs.
Conduct field visits, collect credit data, and support credit assessment and loan approval processes.
Manage ongoing client relationships to ensure repayment performance and satisfaction.
Achieve individual lending disbursement and portfolio quality targets.
Provide market feedback and support product improvement initiatives.
Ensure adherence to internal SOPs and OJK/fintech lending regulations.
Minimum 4 years of experience in lending sales, credit acquisition, or fintech lending operations.
Strong understanding of lending processes, credit evaluation, and risk management.
Proven success in achieving loan disbursement and portfolio targets.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM or mobile sales tools.
Self-driven, adaptable, and capable of handling fieldwork in a fast-paced fintech environment.
