Job summary

PT Henan Putihrai Asset Management in Indonesia is seeking a Relationship Manager to maintain strong client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and contribute to ongoing success in the financial services industry.

You will deliver personalized investment guidance, expand the retail client base, and help grow Assets Under Management while ensuring premier service and deep knowledge of the firm’s product suite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in sales/marketing within the investment industry.
• Proven track record of growing AUM and expanding client portfolios.
• Existing network of high-net-worth clients is a plus.
• Preferably holds an active WAPERD (Mutual Fund Selling Agent Representative) or WPPE & WMI.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify opportunities to expand the retail client base and increase Assets Under Management (AUM).
• Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and guiding them toward investment solutions.
• Deliver personalized financial advice and investment recommendations tailored to each investor's risk profile and objectives.
• Maintain mastery of the firm’s product suite and ensure high standards of advisory quality.
• Manage end-to-end sales lifecycle, including presentations, negotiations, and tracking performance to meet quarterly targets.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively identify and seize opportunities to expand the retail client base and consistently increase Assets Under Management (AUM) in alignment with corporate growth objectives.
• Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and guiding them toward investment solutions that suit their financial goals.
• Deliver personalized financial advice and sophisticated investment recommendations tailored to the specific risk profiles and objectives of each investor.
• Maintain a comprehensive mastery of the firm’s product suite and undergo regular internal assessments to ensure the highest standards of product knowledge and advisory quality.
• Manage the end-to-end sales lifecycle, including crafting presentations, negotiating contracts, and tracking performance activity to ensure all quarterly business targets are met.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable university, majoring in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in sales/marketing within the investment industry.
• Proven track record of successfully growing AUM and expanding client portfolios.
• Existing network of high-net-worth clients is a plus.
• Preferably holds an active WAPERD (Mutual Fund Selling Agent Representative) or WPPE (Broker Dealer) & WMI (optional)
