Cermati Fintech Group in Jakarta is seeking an experienced client relationship professional to drive acquisition and expansion of key accounts in the financial services space.

The role focuses on selling a range of investment products, maintaining service standards, and leading teams to develop client relationships while ensuring profitability and budgets are met.

Qualifications

• Has worked in a client facing role within client relationship environment for at least 7 years.
• Has the relevant accreditation.
• Is conversant with the full range of mutual fund products, including bonds.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new client relationships and develop existing client relationships.
• Sell a range of investment products to clients.
• Achieve high levels of service standards and maximize client satisfaction.
• Demonstrate awareness of budgets and accounts and profitability.
• Manage teams that will help in acquiring and development of client relationships both new and existing.
• Provide value adding recommendations for the clients.
