Relationship Manager - Intermediary Business

Eastspring Investments Jakarta, Indonesia

Role: This role will assist the Head of Institutional Business and Intermediary Business in building and conducting sales activities through Institutional channels, banks, and other individual channels to achieve sales and revenue targets.

Key Accountabilities:

  1. Business Development:
    • Develop business in Institutional and bank distribution channels.
    • Create awareness and build the brand as a preferred choice in the institutional and retail channels.
  2. Sales Targets:
    • Achieve AUM targets and the number of investors in institutional and retail channels.
    • Meet revenue targets for both channels.
  3. Sales & Distribution:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners in both channels.
    • Ensure high-quality service and meet service level agreements with partners.
    • Conduct training sessions, conferences, roadshows, customer events, and other marketing activities for distributors.
  4. People Management:
    • Coordinate with institutional team members, product teams, and fund managers.
    • Lead and motivate the sales team within the distribution channels to achieve targets.
    • Maintain strong relationships with product teams of bank partners.
    • Monitor sales team productivity in the retail channel.
  5. Administrative:
    • Implement sales initiatives and activities within channels.
    • Provide feedback on market trends and competition to management and the Head of Institutional Business.
    • Report sales activities regularly to the Distributor's Head of Sales.
    • Maintain up-to-date contact tracking information for key contacts.
