Kuy Studio, une entreprise dynamique en Indonésie, recherche un Gestionnaire de Relations et Consultant en Affaires. Vous serez responsable de la création et du maintien de relations durables avec les clients, tout en dirigeant les processus de partenariat commercial. Ce rôle exige d'excellentes compétences en communication et un esprit stratégique pour identifier des opportunités de croissance. Job description

Relationship Manager & Business Consultant
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with individual customers and business clients (B2C & B2B).
  • Lead end-to-end business partnership processes: from prospecting, pitching, negotiation, to implementation.
  • Collaborate with marketing, content, and operations teams to plan and execute customer-focused campaigns.
  • Represent the company in external meetings, events, and networking activities to enhance brand visibility and build strategic alliances.
  • Provide market insights, trend analysis, and business development reports for internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, partnerships, sales, or relationship management (preferably in retail, creative, and hospitality).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong business acumen and a strategic mindset in identifying growth opportunities.
  • Comfortable working with sales/partnership targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Proficient in digital tools such as CRM systems, Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and presentation tools.
  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, such as startups or lifestyle brands.
