Job summary

PT. Brothersindo Saudara Emas is seeking a motivated Sales Consultant to join our team in Jakarta. You will identify new opportunities, build relationships, present products, and manage the sales cycle from initial contact to closing.

The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and customer-oriented mindset. You should be willing to travel, own a car with SIM A, and work independently as well as with the team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Sales, Business Development, Account Executive, or Sales Consultant is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Mandarin/Chinese language skills are a plus.
• Strong sales skills and target-oriented mindset.
• Confident, proactive, persuasive, and customer-oriented.
• Willing to travel and conduct client visits when required.
• Must own a personal car and have a valid driving license (SIM A).
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Present and explain products/services to prospective customers.
• Follow up on leads and manage the sales process from initial contact through closing.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Conduct client visits and meetings as required.
• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Prepare regular sales activity and performance reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth service delivery.
