Relations & Communication Senior Manager

On behalf of our client, a leading multinational company in the oil & gas industry, Dayalima Recruitment is looking for an experienced Relations & Communications Manager to be based on-site.

Main Accountabilities:

  • Ensure that the overall activities of the Relations and Communication Department are executed as per the annual plan, budget, and schedule, and in accordance with corporate guidelines and business needs.
  • Support the execution of Corporate Communication, CSR implementation, and External Relations overall plan and activities, ensuring the annual targets and objectives are met.
  • Represent the organization to liaise with high-level government and other institutional officials according to corporate guidelines to ensure the company’s communication message is well understood.
  • Manage, control, and organize the preparation and implementation of corporate events, involving the Management Team, to ensure effective execution according to SOPs and guidelines.
  • Provide feedback and support on internal and external communication materials, identifying areas for improvement to ensure compliance with corporate guidelines.
  • Develop, propose, and monitor the annual plan and budget for the respective unit, ensuring effective and efficient utilization of resources.

Job Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • At least 15 years of experience in a social management role, with 8 years in leadership, preferably in the Oil & Gas industry.
  • Ability to analyze social and security issues and solve problems.
  • Proactive attitude with the ability to overcome obstacles.
  • Demonstrate integrity and follow-through in tasks.
  • Ability to work with people from diverse cultural backgrounds.
  • Understanding of the political, economic, security, and social landscape in Banggai Regency, Central Sulawesi, and Indonesia.
  • Open to feedback, continuous learning, and development.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
