Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of work experience in operation regulatory reporting.
• Reliable, able to work independently or in a team.
• Ability to speak English or other foreign languages is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate reporting projects originating from regulators, management, or those related to new products.
• Support the execution of projects related to regulatory reporting, such as changes to report formats, system implementations, or compliance with new regulations.
• Develop timelines, track progress, and monitor project milestones.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders, including IT, Finance, Risk, Compliance, Operations, business units that own the data, and other relevant parties.
• Assist in drafting and updating SOPs, user requirements, data mapping, and project documentation.
• Specifically, manage the SLIK RMS project
• Maintain evidence and submission documentation for audit and review purposes.
• Facilitate and continuously drive initiatives within the Reporting unit to automate both existing and new reports.
