Regulatory Assistant (contract based) in Indonesia - Your future position?

As a Regulatory Assistant at Givaudan, a leader in the fragrance and flavor industry, you will ensure the efficient operation of the regulatory department, maintain up-to-date information in systems & databases, and provide timely reporting according to legal requirements and departmental needs. The position is based in Jakarta, reporting directly to the Senior Regulatory Manager.

In this role, you will:

1. Provide internal customers with compliant formula reviews and documentation in a timely manner to support global commercial, creation, and research initiatives, under supervision and guidance.
2. Support sales in the commercialization of assigned products, under supervision and guidance.
3. Identify issues relevant to commercial opportunities.
4. Maintain and manage request logs.
5. Collaborate with commercial teams to provide regulatory support.
6. Assist specialists as assigned.

Your professional profile includes:

• A bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline such as chemistry, food science, biological, or physical sciences.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role; experience in the food industry is a plus.
• Good knowledge of food, chemistry, or related disciplines.
• Strong PC skills, including proficiency in MS Office.
• Basic knowledge of industry and regulatory requirements.
• Understanding of business processes and internal systems.
