A leading insurance company is searching for a Sales Trainer to conduct training and support the development of sales personnel in Surabaya. The ideal candidate should have significant experience in the insurance or banking industry, alongside strong communication and coaching skills, to enhance the performance of the sales team.

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of experience in the Insurance Industry or Banking.

Position Responsibilities:

Conducting skills gap analyses to identify areas of improvement

  • Plan, coordinate and provide direction based on strategic business from Sales Leader to develop sales-based development with training need analysis.

Develop & Deliver Training and Activities for all channels

  • Responsible on implementation of activation and retention program or activities.
  • Deliver training program and activities based on training need analysis.
  • Deliver the standard of quality on all training logistic and preparation.
  • Onboard new salespeople
  • Producing physical and digital educational material (e.g. videos and case studies)

Day to Day Action & Reporting

  • Make an accurate summarize report based on implementation training and activities.
  • Monitor sales objectives, results and work together with regional sales leader
  • Have a regular cadence with respective assigned Sales Leaders and Unit Head to plan action items that can be delivered to respond to challenges faced by Sales Team
  • Report on impact of training programs (e.g. sales achieved)
  • Coordinate individual and team performance review sessions to discuss strengths and weaknesses

Training Program Feedback

  • Collect feedback from trainees and managers about training courses

Implement Risk Management – AAJI and CPD

  • Liaise with all related party to ensure all of Financial Advisor candidates pass on AAJI Exam.
  • Liaise with all related party to encourage all of Financial Advisor knowing well when their license of CPD will be expired.

Personal Development

  • Adopt AJMI culture of professionalism, integrity, effectiveness, dynamic, and customer centric attitude contributing to an internal environment of teamwork and promote positive brand image.

Required Qualifications:
