A leading company in the consumer goods sector seeks a Strategic Planner to oversee their Central Region operations. The ideal candidate will drive strategic initiatives, working cross-functionally to enhance performance and deliver insights to senior leadership. Conducting in-depth market and competitive analyses to identify growth opportunities and potential challenges
Developing comprehensive strategic plans to align the Central Region operations with the overall corporate vision and objectives

Monitoring market trends and industry developments to proactively adjust strategies and stay ahead of the competition

Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in a strategic planning or consulting role, preferably within the consumer goods or retail industry
Demonstrated ability to analyse complex business problems, synthesise insights and develop innovative solutions
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey strategic recommendations to stakeholders at all levels
Strong project management skills and the capacity to juggle multiple initiatives simultaneously
Proficiency in data analysis and the use of strategic planning tools and frameworks
Advanced degree in business, economics, or a related field is preferred
