Developing comprehensive strategic plans to align the Central Region operations with the overall corporate vision and objectives

Collaborating cross-functionally to translate strategic priorities into actionable initiatives and key performance indicators

Monitoring market trends and industry developments to proactively adjust strategies and stay ahead of the competition

Presenting strategic recommendations and insights to senior leadership to inform critical business decisions

Tracking and reporting on the execution and performance of strategic initiatives within the region

Providing mentorship and guidance to junior members of the strategy team

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in a strategic planning or consulting role, preferably within the consumer goods or retail industry

Demonstrated ability to analyse complex business problems, synthesise insights and develop innovative solutions

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey strategic recommendations to stakeholders at all levels

Strong project management skills and the capacity to juggle multiple initiatives simultaneously

Proficiency in data analysis and the use of strategic planning tools and frameworks

Advanced degree in business, economics, or a related field is preferred
