Regional Senior Sales Manager in or near Jakarta Indonesia

The Hongkong subsidiary company of Xiamen Hongfa Group (listed company on the Shanghai Stock Exchange, first-position relay manufacturer in the world, pioneer in new products for the new energy sector of circuit breakers) invites qualified candidates to apply for the following position:

Position: Hongfa HK recruit - Regional Senior Sales Manager in or near Jakarta, Indonesia

Key Duties and Responsibilities

1. Perform sales activities to promote and sell Hongfa products, building strong relationships with major local customers in the EV car, EMS, electronics, R&D, manufacturing, Escooter, EV-charging stations, battery energy storage, power grid, and related industries. Achieve or exceed revenue targets.
2. Gather market intelligence on electronics and electrical sectors, develop new customers primarily of Chinese background, and identify new growth opportunities.
3. Collaborate with the project department to launch new projects and foster teamwork.
4. Implement marketing and sales strategies as directed by the company.
5. Support local visits and activities as requested by the company.

Qualifications

1. Local residents in or near Jakarta.
2. Fluent in Mandarin Chinese; excellent communication and organizational skills; able to work independently and proactively.
3. Background in BCM, electronic control modules, relays, circuit breakers, or related electronic sales experience; a driving license is required.
4. Educational background: Bachelor’s degree or higher in international trade, electronics engineering, or related fields, with over 5 years of experience in relay, electronic modules, or circuit breaker/electric sales.
5. Committed to adhering to Hongfa HK’s culture and standards.
