A leading automotive company is seeking a Regional Sales Supervisor to drive sales performance and manage a team. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Supervisor to lead and manage our sales team within a designated region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, ensuring the team meets targets, and maintaining strong relationships with customers and business partners. This role requires strong leadership, exceptional communication skills, and a deep understanding of the sales process.
Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, providing coaching, motivation, and guidance to help them achieve sales targets.
Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and implement regional sales strategies in line with company goals, ensuring consistency in approach across the region.
Performance Management: Monitor sales performance, conduct regular performance reviews, and provide actionable feedback to team members for improvement.
Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities within the region, including new clients, partnerships, and revenue streams.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and customer retention.
Sales Reporting & Analysis: Track sales data and provide detailed reports to senior management on regional performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and drive business growth.
Target Achievement: Ensure that regional sales targets are met or exceeded by effectively managing the sales team and optimizing territory coverage.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
At least 3 years of proven experience in automotive sales, with a minimum of 1–2 years in a team leader or supervisory capacity
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret sales data and trends.
Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to travel within the region as required.
Experience in automotive sales
Experience with regional market development and expansion.
Knowledge of sales forecasting and budgeting.
