Job description

Minimum 5 years of experience in retail, springbed/mattress, furniture, or premium/luxury brands.

Experience in B2B and general trade sales.

Experience in creating and managing events and exhibitions.

Initiative, honesty, and thoroughness.

Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

Proficiency in English or Mandarin (preferred).

Willing to be mobile for store visitation.

Based in South Sumatera area.

Can join as soon as possible.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Responsible for achieving sales targets within the region.
  2. Manage teams in defining, implementing, and evaluating strategies to meet market challenges.
  3. Plan and develop marketing and sales strategies, ensuring their effective implementation.
  4. Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards, providing effective leadership to achieve company goals.
  5. Build and maintain good relationships with customers and store owners in the region, ensuring customer satisfaction and handling complaints or problems properly.
