PT. Megasurya Mas, a leader in the Palm Oil Industry, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to oversee sales targets through local distributors in Sumatra. The role requires strong sales management skills and experience in the FMCG sector, along with the ability to handle pressure and a commitment to achieving business goals.
Responsible for achieving sales targets through local distributor in Sumatera.
Manage the entire sales team of the local distributor properly and in accordance with company targets.
Able to run Zero Bad Debt and Zero Manipulation.
Responsible for mapping and developing market potential in the Sumatra area.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience as a Regional Sales Manager in the FMCG industry.
- Experience handling sales & distribution for the Sumatera area.
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in any major.
- Own driving licenses (Sim A & C).
- Excellent business acumen.
- Ability to work under pressure & tight schedules.
- Willing to travel.
- Proficient knowledge of operational sales & distribution.
