Job Description
- Cultivates and strengthens relationships with both existing and new regional customers across Java.
- Manages key accounts, ensuring strong partnerships.
- Fosters collaborative relationships with dealer management, ensuring effective communication.
- Sets and manages annual wholesale unit sales targets for dealers.
- Partners with dealers to guide them in building strong relationships with key end-user accounts
- Acts as a primary sales contact, proactively engaging with dealers to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Provides regular reports on crucial performance metrics for management.
- Oversees unit sales, key performance indicators, and operational aspects related to sales management.
- Drives sales performance with a strong focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
- Leverages deep knowledge of the heavy equipment industry to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Strategically executes internal plans with excellence to achieve desired outcomes.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 8+ years of sales experience within the heavy equipment or a similar industry.
- Proven expertise in the heavy equipment sector, specifically with Excavator and Wheel Loader units.
- Extensive professional network.
- Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite.
- Experience using SAP and other relevant business systems.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver accurate results in a dynamic environment.
- Willingness to travel
