Job Description

  • Cultivates and strengthens relationships with both existing and new regional customers across Java.
  • Manages key accounts, ensuring strong partnerships.
  • Fosters collaborative relationships with dealer management, ensuring effective communication.
  • Sets and manages annual wholesale unit sales targets for dealers.
  • Partners with dealers to guide them in building strong relationships with key end-user accounts
  • Acts as a primary sales contact, proactively engaging with dealers to build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Provides regular reports on crucial performance metrics for management.
  • Oversees unit sales, key performance indicators, and operational aspects related to sales management.
  • Drives sales performance with a strong focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Leverages deep knowledge of the heavy equipment industry to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Strategically executes internal plans with excellence to achieve desired outcomes.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of sales experience within the heavy equipment or a similar industry.
  • Proven expertise in the heavy equipment sector, specifically with Excavator and Wheel Loader units.
  • Extensive professional network.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite.
  • Experience using SAP and other relevant business systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver accurate results in a dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to travel
