What You Will Experience:

  • Manage daily sales operations across all channels (GT/MT) within the coverage area.
  • Achieve and increase sales targets.
  • Monitor and motivate sales team members.
  • Develop sales strategies to meet company targets and maximize distribution of product lines through complex channels, with the ability to analyze distribution problems.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with trade leaders and distributors to positively impact company image and business goals.
  • Collaborate with distributors on coverage area sales and distribution planning and implementation.
  • Analyze regional and sales performance data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Understand changing customer needs and market trends, respond proactively to secure long-term business performance.
  • Coordinate with trade marketing to ensure strategic and tactical consistency, promotion effectiveness, and efficiency.
  • Set clear performance standards and expectations based on business strategy and goals for ASMs and distributors.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in FMCG, with at least 4 years as a Senior Sales Manager, maintaining Bali region experience is a must.
  • Willing to travel.
  • Deep understanding of operational sales and distribution across all channels: GT, MT, Horeca, etc.
  • Good communication, data analysis, and reporting skills.
  • Ability to manage a large team.
  • High achiever, target-oriented.
