Seeking a potential and money-oriented Regional Sales Manager who is strongly motivated, courageous, and capable of building a successful career in real-time entrepreneurship. The candidate should be able to lead, motivate, and develop a team to join us.

Responsibilities:

1. Recruit and build a potential team.
2. Lead, motivate, and develop a committed team to achieve sales targets.
3. Assist in solving daily challenges faced by the team.
4. Coach the team to enhance skills in client profiling and business advisory.

Requirements:

1. Fixed salary, year-end bonus, overriding, and commission.
2. Relevant qualification with at least 5 years of experience in bank assurance, insurance, or related fields.
3. Based in North Jakarta (PIK).
4. Experience in sales and marketing from related fields (preferred: RM, BM, Bancassurance, Senior Funding/Lending Specialist, Senior Account Executive Marketing, Senior Investment Advisor/Wealth Manager).
5. Proven sales management experience in a similar role.
6. Entrepreneurship mindset and eagerness for new challenges.
7. Good business sense and strong analytical skills.
8. Result-oriented, dynamic, self-driven, and highly motivated to succeed.
