Job description

Responsible for overseeing the status of the project;

Accountable for the execution of the FTTH, FTTX Project, and management of personnel;

Works closely with upper management to ensure that the scope and direction of each project are on schedule, collaborating with other departments for support;

Creates value for clients independently by bringing excellent project and change management skills and leveraging past client experiences;

Develops and manages the projected budget and allocation of project resources;

Manages project teams to meet targets set by higher management;

Manages subcontractors or team members to oversee project progress, address issues, and ensure safety;

Handles materials management by monitoring requests, usage, losses, and returns;

Oversees engineering activities, including ROW submission progress and pushing for approvals;

Manages milestones such as PAT, PAC, and FAC to ensure timely progress;

Performs additional activities as assigned, including acting as assistant project director or higher management in country projects.

Qualifications :

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in telecommunication engineering or related field
• Extensive experience in telecom project management, especially with FTTH/OSP projects, handling strategic plans, business plans, and financials
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience
• Strong background in project and change management
• Willingness to travel nationally and work in different regions such as Medan, Makassar, and Manado
• Proficiency in English is a MUST
