Job summary

GE HealthCare is seeking a PGTH Leader to drive Power, Grounding, Temperature, and Humidity excellence across the region. You will lead assessments, analyze results, identify risks, and collaborate with country teams and global experts to propel improvements and corrective actions.

The role requires coordinating with multiple countries, maintaining standardized PGTH processes, dashboards, and data flows while ensuring adherence to PGTH requirements during all service stages.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Biomedical or related field.
• Strong understanding of electrical infrastructure and grounding systems.
• 5+ years of field service/technical service experience, medical devices preferred.
• Experience across multiple countries or regions is a plus.
• Analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Regional PGTH program leadership across countries in the region.
• Drive consistent execution of PGTH checks and maintain standard processes.
• Maintain PGTH dashboard, Powerwatch data flow and integration.
• Ensure service teams follow PGTH requirements during pre-installation, installation and post-service checks.
• Review PGTH reports, identify non-conformances and trends, provide corrective recommendations.
• Support countries in prioritizing and implementing corrective actions.
• Host regular calls with country teams to share updates and escalate issues.
• Collaborate with Global PGTH teams to align with standards and updates.
• Lead regional deployment of PGTH initiatives, tools and training.
