Job summary

GrabTaxi Holdings Pte. Ltd. seeks an Assistant Manager Regional Performance Management to drive performance across countries, verticals and regions. You will work with country teams and BPO partners to translate data into action, ensuring SMART goals and alignment with partners’ needs.

Reporting to the Regional Vendor Manager for Grab Support, you will define standards, plan targets with analytics, monitor results, and foster continuous improvement through cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate analytical capabilities, structured process thinking, and a strong aptitude for numbers.
• Experience managing and negotiating contracts and service level agreements with vendors.
• Have experienced support multi-country operations (Southeast Asian Region).
• Demonstrate project management and ability to drive cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Define performance standards and indicators for country, verticals, BPOs and region.
• Plan performance targets with Regional Analytics and Country teams.
• Communicate and collaborate with Country teams and BPOs on performance.
• Track performance results and compare with standards and goals.
• Provide data insights through dashboards, reports, observations and audits.
• Review performance outcomes weekly, monthly and quarterly.
• Improve performance quality with actions and programs.
• Stakeholder management with Country team, Product team and BPOs.
