Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, coach, and develop a team of Area Managers across multiple locations.

• Ensure consistent execution of BAU (Business As Usual) operations including:

  • Inventory and stock management

  • Equipment functionality and maintenance coordination

  • Facility readiness and cleanliness

  • Administrative compliance and reporting

• Lead and monitor the implementation of sales operations initiatives in the field.

• Track operational KPIs and enforce accountability among field teams.

• Act as the escalation point for operational challenges at the clinic level.

• Conduct regular field visits to clinics to audit performance, morale, and compliance.

• Collaborate with central teams (HR, Sales, Procurement, Finance) to ensure alignment and resource support.

• Foster a performance-driven culture grounded in discipline, follow-through, and team motivation.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 5+ years of experience in field operations, multi-site management, or similar roles (healthcare, retail, F&B, or logistics background preferred).

• Proven track record of leading frontline operational teams with discipline and energy.

• Strong execution mindset with attention to detail and follow-through.

• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and push teams toward performance goals.

• High adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field (MBA is a plus).
