Job description

Responsible for supporting the implementation, rollout, and adoption of new systems/applications at the regional level through device installation, user training, and coordination with the Head Office IT team. Ensures a smooth transition, conducts post-rollout monitoring, provides improvement feedback, and offers technical and remote support as required by the project.

Job Description:
  • Support for Digital Upstream Projects and Rollouts: Actively participate in the implementation and rollout of new systems/applications in regional areas, led by the IT department or other departments.
  • Training and Assistance for End Users: Provide initial training to end users and the REGMIS team on new applications, systems, or devices. Assist users during the transition to the new system, including basic troubleshooting support.
  • Post-Rollout Monitoring and Evaluation: Monitor the effectiveness of system/application usage after implementation. Prepare reports and provide feedback to the Head Office IT team regarding field issues and areas needing improvement.
  • Support for Business Unit (BU) Process Champions: Assist BU Process Champions in executing business process changes, especially those involving IT systems. Provide technical support and training as needed to ensure successful process transformation.
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in IT support, system implementation, or a similar role.
  • Proficient in hardware/software installation and basic troubleshooting.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with good problem-solving.
