Job Description:

Job Descriptions:

  1. Design an overall merchant strategy (encompassing both hunting and farming motion) for the area.
  2. Oversee and manage the performance of his team.
  3. Support his team for problem-solving issues which happening in their area, especially at the critical merchants.
  4. Review team performance and take corrective actions to achieve the target.
  5. Regularly do coaching and mentoring for the team members.
  6. Identify key merchants in the area and build and maintain relationships with these merchants.
  7. Willing to be stationed and travel out of town.

Requirements:

  1. Having proven track record and experience working in B2C sales in the Point of Sales (POS) industry min 3 (three) years; preferred from
  2. Having relationship with Banking industry is a plus.
  3. Strong business sense and have good understanding of the market, customers and competitors.
  4. Strong leadership and interpersonal skill, experienced in managing big team, as well as strong in people development and mentoring, coaching.
  5. Have a strong analytical and organizational skills also great problem solver.
  6. Having driving license & own vehicle.
  7. Having good presentation, effective communication, and negotiation skills in Bahasa & English.
