Key Responsibilities
• Lead the development of category strategies aligned with the CCEP procurement strategy
• Lead the delivery and implementation of category strategies that maximise value delivery and service reliability to CCEP Indonesia.
• Provide leadership to and support development of the category team including up to four category leads, an overall team of up to 20 and a business spend of up to €1.0bn.
• Provide leadership and support to the wider API procurement team
• Translate intricate business challenges into actionable insights while effectively assessing and communicating the financial impact of strategies or situations.
• Lead and enhance procurement governance and internal compliance across the category Tower, through application of consistent process governance including the execution of the seven step sourcing, value reporting and contract management and approval processes.
• Lead and enhance strategic supplier relationships at every level across the category Tower.
• Actively participate in and contribute to the Procurement Leadership Team including the development of CCEP Procurement Strategy and Objectives
• Ensure suppliers are approved and comply with TCCC Supplier Guiding Principles and CCEP CRS requirements including SBTI, Renewable erngy and Ecovadis scoring
• Be the country champion for Procurement ensuring stakeholder engagement and management with the country leadership team across all procurement categories as interface between local business unit requirements and centralized category management (“one procurement face for CCEP stakeholders”)
Requirements and Experience Required:
• University degree or equivalent
• Minimum 10 years experience in category management, preferably FMCG
• Minimum 5 years of directly leading wider teams
• Experience in FMCG procurement, developing procurement category strategies across multiple geographies and functions, at minimum leadership across API business unit
• Solid track record on delivery of value projects and identification of future pipeline of value
• Strong background in managing +10 size team and developing talent
• Strong communication skills to manage stakeholders across multiple countries with ability to flexible communication styles and distilling complex situations into clear, concise summaries
• Strong commercial and financial acumen to allow business decision based on financial impact
• Experience working in a high profile public company in a multi-national environment
• Experience leading international and multi-cultural teams, across time zones with direct and indirect reports
